You really won't be spending much on this one but time – the cutting takes a little while but the necklace is so beautiful that it is well worth the time spent to create it.

If you have an old embroidery hoop (if not, you can pick them up for around a dollar or so), some fabric and a little time you can create this beautiful embroidery hoop clock for Mom.
