Ingredients
- 2 pounds salmon fillet
- 2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp dried dill
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 C (400 F).
- Combine breadcrumbs with oil, zest, cheese, garlic and dill.
- Rub salmon fillet with 1 tsp salt and cover with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes (depending on thickness). Serve with lemon wedge.
