One of the best things about spring and summer is getting outside and gardening! Right now I have a lot of beautiful flowers blooming, and I have some fruits and vegetables growing too. I don't really have a natural green thumb, though, so I am constantly turning to the web to look up tips and tricks. I can't even imagine gardening without YouTube—it's taught me just about everything I know! That's why it's always the first place I look when I am searching for new ideas.
This weekend I found some really awesome new gardening hacks, courtesy of the Crazy Russian Hacker on YouTube! Check out the video below:
You'll learn all kinds of awesome ideas here, some of which are downright unexpected. You'll find out how you can create an impromptu bird-feeder using nothing more than some seeds, a pine-cone, and a little bit of peanut butter. You'll discover how you can use a diaper (of all things) to absorb and conserve water when you are potting plants! How weird and amazing is that?
I don't want to give all of it away, so you will just have to watch the video yourself to discover the rest of the hacks. I will tell you one thing though, which is that all of them are genius. I'm going to be using some of these this upcoming week when I get out in my garden. I hope that you do too!
