There are few things which give away your age like puffy eyes. The worst thing about them is, the onset is often pretty early. For a lot of women it seems to happen around age 30, but for some it can easily start a lot earlier than that. Either way, it makes you look about a decade older than you are, and it seems like it sets in overnight! In fact, a night without sleep can make it look twice as bad.

You literally just rub coffee beans under your eyes. Before you do, mix in a little coconut oil and some black peppercorns. How does it work? As it turns out, coffee beans have anti-inflammatory properties. That means they can reduce the appearance of swelling and cellulite in your skin, providing a temporary toning effect. The black peppercorns do what all hot foods do, which is boost circulation. This helps deliver nutrients and antioxidants to the skin under your eyes. This in turn can help to firm it up. The coconut oil helps with the release of the nutrients from the coffee and peppercorns.
After you rub the mixture under your eyes, wait for around 5-10 minutes while it works its magic. After that, you just wipe it away and you're all done. When I tried this, I noticed an immediate effect. Give it a try; I think you'll be amazed. Just remember, the effect is temporary, so you need to do this treatment regularly if you want to continue to see the effects. After I did this, I looked in the mirror and felt about five years younger!
