If you spend much time at all on our site, you know that there is one thing I cannot get enough of: kitchen hacks! To start with, I highly recommend you check out this list of 45 awesome kitchen hacks. I use so many of those on a regular basis. I also have been having great success with these food infographics we posted this summer.
Anyway, I recently found a really awesome video which taught me even more tips and tricks for saving time and messes in the kitchen. Check it out:
All the hacks are really cool, but I think my favorite is probably the one for cutting through cake using sewing thread. Then again … it might be the one where he covers the cheese grater before he uses it. I can't stand cleaning my cheese grater—cheese sticks to everything like glue! And now I never need to worry about it again. And then there are the ones I wish I had the occasion to use—like the one for slicing sushi rolls. Sadly I don't know how to make sushi (though now I am really hungry for it)!
These are totally some of the best kitchen hacks I have learned yet. It is amazing how I just discover something new all the time. I hope that you find these as useful as I do.
