The Crazy Russian Hacker is back—you know, the guy who taught us how to peel potatoes with power tools—and this time he's helping out the pet owners. It's very important that your cats and dogs stay hydrated, especially in the summertime, so you need to make sure that their water bowls are always full. This quick and easy build will make sure of that, especially when you're out at work all day.

You will need:
- Wooden base
- Wooden plank
- Water bowl
- Large empty plastic bottle
- Nails and hammer
- Velcro strip
First, you need to create a stand with your wood pieces, so the plank needs to be nailed to the side of the base. The plank doesn't have to be super tall, either – just make sure that it's about as tall as the water bottle. Next, attach a Velcro strip along the length of the plank, and another strip to the side of the bottle; make sure that you're using the opposite pieces so that they grip on to each other (you may feel like I don't have to say that, but I know I'm saving at least one head-in-the-clouds person from embarrassment here).
Now that everything is assembled, simply fill up the bowl and the bottle, place the bowl on the base, and then flip the bottle upside-down so that the opening is underwater (and make sure it's stuck to the plank). Whenever your fur child laps up the water, it'll immediately be replaced by the water in the bowl. And thanks to the handy Velcro, refilling that bottle is an absolute breeze.
Easy, right?
