It may seem sinful or almost criminal of me to give you this recipe in the warmer season now that we're all trying to get rid of the extra winter weight, but we all deserve a cheat treat every now and then. Counting calories is just no fun. And with the days getting warmer and warmer, you need some cold, creamy, sweet, yummy goodness to cool you down.
You also don't have to be a kitchen whiz in order to whip this one up; it's really simple to make as long as you stick to the recipe. The prep time will take about 30 minutes and then you need six hours fir it to set in the fridge.
Have I managed to convince you yet? You'll thank me as soon as you taste that first mouthful.
