I’ve seen some really cool DIY snowflake crafts online, like those cut-outs made from paper (like you used to make in school) and the big wall decorations made simply by gluing a few craft sticks together. As much as I love the ease and convenience of those, they're all a bit flat. I really wanted something more three dimensional, so I was absolutely delighted when I came across this incredible 3D snowflake made from paper; I just had to share it!
It looks pretty complicated because of all the delicate intricacies, but as long as you follow the steps carefully, you'll find that it's a lot easier than it looks; all you need is some paper (white, colored or patterned), scissors, tape and stapler. What I really love about this is that although it's perfect for Christmas, it's not one of those decorations that you'll have to throw away once the festive holiday is over; this will look stunning all throughout the winter. Make one massive snowflake to hang in your window or make a collection of smaller ones to string together for a garland – it's so simple, yet so effective.
